Biography:
Mark is the Managing Director of 3MG and has over 40 years’ experience in the London insurance market. He has held roles in all aspects of the business, including claims handling, accounting, policy wordings, account handling and broking, and has specialized in arranging cover for groups, associations, reciprocal insurance exchanges/mutuals and captives of healthcare and other non-medical professionals through the use of binding authorities, reinsurance (including treaty) and facultative placements. At 3MG, Mark looks forward to working with existing and new clients to help them obtain the protection and products they require. Mark started his career in 1978 with a family owned Lloyd’s insurance broker specializing in US casualty business, where he soon moved into a placing and account handling role involving clients with medical malpractice and professional liability programmes. In 1987 he left to join another Lloyd’s broker to design and place the reinsurance programme for a newly forming professional indemnity insurer. |
Biography:
With over 30 years’ experience in the London insurance market, Graeme brings a wealth of insurance and reinsurance experience across a range of non-marine classes of business to 3MG. Graeme's experience enables him to support clients with their approach to markets as well as facilitate successful placements with (re)insurers on clients' behalf. Graeme started his career in 1989 and has held roles at a Lloyd’s syndicate and various specialist and global Lloyd’s brokers. During his career he has held claims roles involving US and international insurance groups and cedants and now specialises in the development and placement of medical malpractice, professional liability, directors and officers, cyber liability and general casualty (re)insurance business as well as accident and health business for groups and captives. Placements are typically complex and data driven and structured either as facultative insurance/reinsurance placements or as facilities/binding authorities. |

Biography:
As one of the founding Directors of 3MG, with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Melanie has an understanding of all aspects involved in the placing and administration of binding authorities and open market insurance and reinsurance placements across a range of classes of business including Professional Indemnity, Medical Malpractice, Outside Directorship Liability, Directors & Officers, Intellectual Property, Cyber and Pension Trustee Liability. Clients have included MDO’s, Reciprocals, Mutuals and Associations in the UK and internationally, predominantly Canada. Melanie’s focus within 3MG is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the company and to ensure its clients (re)insurance requirements are met in the most professional and efficient manner, whether this be through bespoke services or more traditional placements. Melanie has a Bachelor of Arts Business Studies degree from South Bank University and currently holds the Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute. |
Biography:
As one of the founding Directors of 3MG, Milly brings over 8 years of experience in the London insurance market placing a range of (re)insurance classes including professional indemnity, medical malpractice, general liability, clinical trials, cyber and accident and health with Lloyd’s syndicates, company markets and MGA’s. Milly started her insurance career in 2014 in the Marine Department at Miller Insurance Services LLP, and later joined the Science, Professional & Medical team within the Professional Risks Department where she assisted in the placement of large UK and international (re)insurance risks and binding authority agreements as an account handler/broker. Milly successfully achieved her Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) in 2020. In addition to taking more broking responsibility on our existing portfolio, Milly's focus has been on bringing to completion a number of new business projects and is developing expertise in cyber (re)insurance. |
